Patrol Division Considered by many to be the backbone of the organization, the Patrol Division is the largest and most visible
unit of the Keizer Police Department. Patrol Officers are on duty twenty four hours a day, every day, and are the first to arrive at the scenes of accidents, crimes, or disasters.
The Patrol Division is lead by
Lieutenant Alan McCowan, and is assisted by 4 Patrol Sergeants, 13Patrol Officers (including 2 K-9 Officers) and a Traffic Safety Unit.
