INCIDENT SUMMARY:
On November 18, 2011 at about 7:55 P.M., members of the Keizer Police Patrol Division responded to a reported Armed Robbery having just occurred 3960 Partridge Lane NE, the Partridge apartments.
Upon arrival, officers made contact with subjects inside the residence at 3960 Partridge Lane NE. It was quickly learned that this was a Home Invasion style Armed Robbery. The six occupants (victims) were all related family members enjoying the night watching TV. The victims said that while they were all seated in the living room area of the residence, the unlocked front door burst open and a subject waiving a handgun entered the apartment and demanded their money. A second suspect stood as a watch out at the front door. The victims said the suspect pointed a silver colored unknown caliber handgun directly at each of them. While doing this, he demanding their money and jewelry. One of the victims indicated that when the suspect demanded these items, he began counting down from ten as if indicating that he would shoot them if they didn’t comply with his demands by the time he was done counting.
Both suspects fled from the apartment complex in what witnesses described as an unknown make and model red sedan, possibly said to be a 4 door Cadillac.
The first suspect was described as a Hispanic male adult approximately 5’6” tall and 170 pounds with goatee style facial hair. He was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, black pants and a black NY Yankees baseball cap. The second subject was also said to be a Hispanic male in his late teens roughly the same height and weight as the first suspect. The second suspect was said to be wearing a black baseball cap with a yellow colored “P” on the front. No further clothing description was available.
The suspects fled the scene with an undetermined amount of cash and several items of jewelry. There was no injury to any of the victims.
