INCIDENT SUMMARY:
The Keizer Police Department, in conjunction with the Salem Police Department, Marion County Sheriff’s Office and Woodburn Police Department will conduct high visibility enforcement (HVE) in an effort to reduce the potential for motor vehicle crashes related to DUII Offenders. Due to a high number of DUII fatal crashes in the state, agencies are working together to make our roads safer.

High visibility patrols will be conducted beginning in the evening hours of Wednesday, November 24 2010 and continuing through the evening hours of Sunday November 27, 2010.

A grant from ODOT has been awarded to our agencies that will offset the overtime hours for the HVE DUII enforcement program.
